The most common subject in the photos I take these days is my daughter.  I got Instagram when I became a father, and just about every image on it is of her.  It can be pretty difficult to shoot your kids.  All I can say is be quick and have your camera (or phone) out and ready to go at all times.  This photo was taken using VSCO with the SE3 Preset.
